Cancellation Policy

Here at KY BehindTheCam, LLC we offer common courtesy. We know that mishaps , and unforeseen circumstances can arise . Your deposit is good for a one time rescheduling. You must reschedule within 24 hours of your missed appointment, if you do not reschedule in a timely matter you FORFEIT your deposit. After 15 mins you are LATE . Once your are late , you MUST reschedule. Thank you, for your understanding and your cooperation. We hope to see you again soon !
